I recall the first time I tried Spaghetti Squash. I didn’t like it. I also remember the second time I tried it; that time I liked it.
As my palate has expanded I’ve learned a few things about squash. They’re good for you. They tend to be naturally sweet. They contain a lot of water. In short, you need to spend a little time preparing them correctly. Don’t give up, once you find a recipe or two that you like you’ll be rewarded with a great meal that’s nutritious, delicious and inexpensive.
