When you eat cheese – tasty, tasty cheese – ALWAYS grate it, then weigh it. I used to eat cheese at a maddening pace. Now I know what the calorie and fat content is… GAH!!
Grating it increases the volume and makes it melt evenly. There’s a lot of flavor in cheese when it’s grated and dispersed evenly. When it comes to cheese I’d rather have a little than none at all. Grate it, weigh it and count it. Here’s to not blimping up on cheese! ~TH~
