Our local grocery store (a Wegmans) sometimes carries a homemade chicken curry salad on the salad bar. It’s wonderful! I haven’t been able to find the specific recipe, but I did find the ingredients list.
This morning I made my first attempt at replicating it. It turned out… ok. When I get it closer to the mark I’ll post the recipe here.
