Ring The (Kettle)Bell

ImageI don’t know about you, but I like to vary my workouts often.  Some folks say they do that when they’re getting bored with their workout routine- for me, I change things up before I get bored!

I just purchased a couple of kettle bell weights.  There are some great exercises you can do with these, just be careful not to drop one on your foot.

Keep working out, it pays huge dividends!  ~TH~
