Get Going!

When I get discouraged or feel uninspired to do the things I love to do, I usually turn to the internet for support.  When I read current articles about health and fitness, new approaches to exercise and diet, or new statistical data about nutrition it motivates me to get going.  When I’m uninspired in the kitchen, I simply type some of the ingredients I have on hand into a search engine and I’m inevitably recharged, discovering a new technique or flavor pairing I never would have thought to try.  Here’s a great article with plenty of links to help you get re-motivated in the things you love to do – so check it out.  And GET GOING!  ~TH~
